Every year Ms. Sheets and I do a collaborative mindfulness lesson and even though it is in a different format, I wanted to keep the tradition alive.
Step 2: Draw your own tree house including any of the things that you visualized that made your tree house a special place.
Step 3: Email Ms. C a picture of your tree house. Step 4: Anytime you are feeling stressed or overwhelmed remind to close your eyes and go to your tree house in your imagination.
